Requirements - please make sure each diver is at least 8 years old and can perform the following before booking a trial session:
Stage 9 NPTS Flip 'n' Fun and a Forward Jump Straight from 1 metre

You will be asked to perform these on your trial session. If you can't do these, then please have a look at Robinson Pools diving lessons.

We are currently fully booked for both sessions. We hope to be offering more spaces from September 2010.
